Started: status In progress, Done or Blocked. "To do" counts as planned, not started.
Time to Done: for stories that are Done, the time they spent In progress, the same time shown in the story panel on the board. If a story went In progress more than once, the stretches are added up; time in To do or Blocked in between is left out. The median is the middle story: half took less, half took more, so one very long story does not pull it up. The average adds all times and divides by the number of stories, so long stories pull it up. Stories Done without ever being In progress (for example before the history started on 11 Oct) are left out.
Average score: each story's star ratings are averaged across reviewers first, then those story averages are averaged. Unrated stories are left out.
Criteria outcomes: every reviewer's assessment of every active criterion counts once. Criteria removed in a story edit are left out.
